Google Tools Reflection
 

As a marketing year 3 student we should do 3 projects on the Management Information System course. The first project was to choose any of the Web 2.0 tools and prepared a training session for the colleagues about the program and how can we use it our in regular day. In this project we have to determine how we use Web 2.0 tools.

 
The following is what I learned from the course. I organized them from my most favorite to least favorite tool.
 

 

 

Twitter: Twitter is one of the most popular tools in these days. I really enjoyed the twitter lesson because I really want to know about the twitter world. By using the Twitter I can follow anyone in the world including my friends and other people. It is very easy to be used and you get news in very short and fast way.

 

 

Google Chrome: The easier and the faster web browser is Google chrome. From my begging I was used the internet explorer, but when I see how the Google chrome go on I changed from internet explorer to Google chrome.

 

Gmail: is a very useful for all college students. Gmail account opened for all project and assignments. You can use Gmail for having message that you can attach as a files. Also in Gmail you can organize your inbox by using labels and filters. You can read my emails easily probably you can chat with your classmates whenever my Gmail chat is online.

 

Google search: I used this tool for personal purposes, if I want to search about any personal or important information or even in my college purpose, projects or any about required information that I wanted to know. Google search was the only tools and well know all over the world and I can use it easier and faster.
 

 

Facebook: Facebook and twitter are tools that are very more interesting and easy to use. Before, I thought that the two are very difficult and not interesting at all in my study or in my own personal purposes.

 

Google Picasa: Surely that Google Picasa is a wonderful tool and very professional to manage your photos and movies, by Google Picasa that I edit images in most cases, the creation of colleges and film production for my sites and Google. I enjoyed my day with Google Picasa.

 

 

 

   Google Reader: At the beginning I was not interesting in Google reader. I thought it is very hard to keep track of so many website. But when I tried it with blogs, I found that it is very useful.

 

 

 

Blog: Actually I enjoyed creating Blog and posting on it. It is required for final project, and I confirmed that it is very interesting. I can share my thoughts with others. For me, blog is become familiar. I can make and create blog by using different styles for positing.

 

Google earth: is a very much useful and very more interesting to search some beautiful places in the world. I’m very comfortable for using Google earth, because I’d like Geography, Google earth I can search places that I want to know and I can’t take some pictures and also brief information about the place.

 

 

 

Google Sites: I used my Google sites just for my final project, and I can make it to demonstrate on how to used the web.2.0 tools in my daily life.

Google Calender: In the beginning most of the people using a calendar, but not in the computers. Now I found on how to check Islamic holidays by using Google calendar.

Dubai Mall & best freind

My story started when I was in Dubai mall , I was walking to bey a clothes to my best friend party when I start looking for a dress I meet one of my best old friend I didn't see her for a long time but when I talk to her she cant remember me but I started to remembering her about the past event then we went to Armani cafe to memories what we was doing in the school when we was child. When she remember me we start laughing to gather and we remember all the child life stories and how I was so naughty girl, I'm really spend a wonderful time with her

fun story

I went to Italy in the summer holiday,in the first day i wakeup at 9:30 and i was so happy but all of my family member they was sleeping because we slept late at the night before. After some time I was thinking to do something new in Italy I used google to help me to do a new activity which will I can do it in this morning. Then I find the best thing is rent a bicycle and drive it on milan street. After that I went to go near point of renting then I rent one it was really amazing and I enjoy the time but when I returned back to the hotel my mother want to hit me because i was alone.

 

Arab world

Recently, we are Live in a state of instability in the Arab world has started the Arab nation and the revolution on its rulers to dissatisfaction with what is happening in the states of ill-treatment.
began with Tunisia began in 17^th December 2010

 

 

Then Egypt in 25^th January 2011, the effect of this revolution is Prosecution of Mubarak and his family and his former ministers.

 

 

 

Then in Libya 17^th February 2011 and take for 249 days.

 

And started some attempts in Gulf Arabian but have been controlled, such as Bahrain, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

 

It is worth mentioning that in our lovely country of the United Arab Emirates enjoy security and safety due to our government, so we must thanks and appreciate our government.

 

 

Gulf Cup of Nations

Gulf cup is a fooball soccer held every two years once in different countries:United Arab EmiratesSaudi Arabia OmanQatar, Kuwait, Bahrainand Yemen. The culf cup was founded in 1970.

The Gulf Cup of Nations started in 5th of  january 2013 in Bahrain with two groups comprising of

Advantages & Disadvantage the Internet

Internet is become the one of the important things in the world, you can search for any project, buy things online, play games, etc. however there are a lot of things that can show the internet weaknesses.

One of the great benefits that internet provide is research, for example if you want to learn a new language Internet is the fastest way. Just write in Google search or any other search engine (“How to learn French”) and the sites will appear to you and you can choose the better depending on your needs.

However the most unwanted thing that an internet can cause is a Virus. A Virus is a bug in the network of internet that causes a lot of damage to your PC. Such as erasing your files in the PC, causing a lot of software damage that will lead your computer to malfunction, etc.

Internet is like any other things, it has good and bad stuff. However in my opinion if the internet is not the thing that causes those things because it is the people who use it. If you use it for good thing you will gain, however if you use it in bad you will lose. So use it will.


 

Visiting AD

 

On 2-12-2012 we went to AD with my sister and my uncle. We went there before the lunch time, and we reached there by 12:00 pm. We were staying at Al Etihad tower hotel which is the first Jumeirah hotel in Abu-Dhabi. The rooms, services, were so nice.

  

At 3:00 PM we went to Al marina for the lunch.

 

 

We came back to the hotel at 6:00 PM and the children go to the swimming pool.

 

 

 

In the second day, at 10:00 AM we went for the breakfast, then we checked out at 12:00 PM.

In the way we decide to go to the Global Village to spend all the day there.

MR. Poppers Penguins

Mr. Popper's Penguins Is a most film which I liked it. It is an American comedy family film directed by Mrk waters, and starring jim carrey. It was based on the children's book of the same name, the book was written by Richard and Florence Atwater and it was published in 1938.

 

 

 

Popper is a divorced real estate businessperson whose father traveled to many places during his childhood. When he comes back to home he knows that his father has passed away.

After few days a crate containing a Gentoo penguin shows up at his entrance. After that the penguin annoys him Mr. Popper tries to send the penguin back to the crew of Captain Popper. Finally, due to a miscommunication with a crewmember of Captain Popper on the telephone, more penguins arrive (Bitey, Stinky, Lovey, Nimrod, and Loudy), getting the total of six.

 

 

 

 

The six penguins were called Captain, Bitey, Stinky, Lovey, Nimrod and loudy.

Captain: The leader of the penguins, she wants to learn who to fly, despite that fact that penguins can't fly.

Nimrod: Gets his name for being the clumsiest of the group

 

Stinky: Prone to acute flatulance, Stinky can be derived for his white tail feathers.

 

Lovey: Notable for hugging others, Lovey's distinguishing characteristic is the black heart pockmark on the left of her chest

 

Loudy: The noisiest of the penguins, Loudy is distinguished by his loud braying and more jagged white patterns around the eyes.

 

 

Bitey: A bit of a nipper, Bitey has a white stripe down the middle of his head.

 At the end of the film Popper and his family traveled to Antarctica with the penguins.

 

New Baby

When the New Year became, a new sweet baby joined my family. My mom got her third baby and when he born she called the baby “Mohammed”. When I heard about my new brother I can't describe my happiness I forget everything about my college and I run away to visit my mom in Dubai Hospital. I spent an hours to look in my brother face he was so cute but he was crying all the time, at the same time I enjoyed my time with new brother and family . Many guests, family and close friends told me that Mohammed looks like me am very happy about that. I can't believe that day it was really the best day in my life.
